Q: Why are we migrating to CUe-Branch Mobile Banking?
A: Wanting to stay on the cutting edge of online experience, we collaborated with a company in NY and a group of advanced students from Emory University. Our goal was to design a modern, clean, and easy to use mobile banking application! Good news, we did just that.
Q: What changes are included within the new version?
A: This was an elective surgery and the changes are cosmetic. The best way to get a feel for it is to try it out. You can use the app in the same way you always have, it’ll just look nicer.
Q: Do I need to do anything to get the new version?
A: We got this one. We set it up to carry over for you automatically. Actually, come to think of it, there is one thing you can do for us, kick up your feet and relax for a little while, you earned it.
Q: Will my settings and configurations be modified when we migrate to the new version?
A: Not a chance. We realized the design had gotten a little stale and wanted to spruce it up a bit.
Q: Is the online banking design changing too?
A: Only the mobile banking app will change. You didn’t hear it from us, but online banking is looking at its own upgrade in 2019.
