Drive-thru only service
Starting Thursday, March 19, our offices will perform drive-thru only services. Inside lobbies will be closed. We will serve members through our drive-thru lanes, which will offer expanded services and will remain open during regular business hours. If you have a complex transaction or a need that cannot be met using our drive-thru, you can call the office at 843-669-5619.
We are taking this precautionary measure to keep our employees and our members healthy.

- Give us a call. You can reach us at (843)669-5619
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday
8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Fridays. - Log into online banking or our mobile app- You can check account balances, pay your bills and schedule transfers via online banking. If you’re new to online banking, you can self-register on our website www.palmettofirst.com.
- Teller Connection (843) 679-2853– This is our automated telephone line where you can obtain account information.
- Visit an ATM. You have fee-free access to any Palmetto First FCU ATM, and nearly 30,000 ATMs in the CO-OP network
